an interesting addition to food, alcohol and traditional medicine, thus
varying the uses of Dalchini. Additionally, Dalchini is a highly
beneficial supplement for the skin and hair and offers a wide range of
health benefits.
Cinnamon Powder: A maximum of 1.2 tablespoons of Cinnamon
Powder can be taken. It should always be mixed with food or shakes,
teas, stews, and soups. While it can be taken consecutively for five days
followed by a rest of two days, for 6 weeks, you must always consult a
doctor before adding it as a supplement to your daily food regimen.
Cinnamon Stick- 1 three-inch stick (weighing 5g) per day can be
consumed. You can use it with tea or other recipes.
Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Oil- Start with just one drop of this pure oil and
do not exceed three.
Capsules- As advised by the physician.
